Odd Jobs Property Maintenance, Inc. ("OJPM", "we", "us") provides commercial facilities maintenance services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

- Contact details you give us by phone, text, email or our website form: your name, company, phone number, email address and service address.

- Work order details: site location, scope of work, scheduling and billing information.

- Records of calls and text messages with our office, including recordings and transcripts. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant, and calls are recorded for quality and training.

How we use it

- To schedule, perform and invoice the work you request.

- To send you service updates, including job confirmations, technician arrival times, scheduling changes and invoice notices.

- To answer your questions and improve our service.

Text messaging

We use your mobile number only to send the service messages described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, phone, scheduling, accounting and payment systems), with the client or property manager who requested the work, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
